Santa Rosa has a bus station with service to a variety of destinations such as La Entrada, San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa, Lepaera, Gracias Lempira, Corquin, San Pedro de Copán, Cucuyagua, San Marcos, Ocotepeque, San Salvador and Guatemala City. At the bus terminal, you will also find a variety of vendors that sell fast food and snacks, as well as a taxi stop, where taxis will bring you to whatever destination in Santa Rosa for 14 lempira (lps). There are also companies that offer service to various locations in Honduras.

The Sultana bus company offers luxury bus service from Santa Rosa to Ocotepeque, San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa, and La Ceiba.
