LECHE POLEADA

Ingredients (for 4 people):

1 box of cornstarch (50 grams)
1 liter of milk
3 egg yolks
1 cinnamon stick, (or powder)
1 cup of sugar (or to taste)
1 tablespoon of vanilla

Instructions:

Blend the milk, sugar, yolks and cornstarch together.  Put the mixture in a pot over a medium flame, stir constantly with wooden spoon until boiling.  Add in the cinnamon and vanilla, and cook until the mixture has thickened.  Remove from heat and leave to chill.   Dust with cinnamon and serve.
